For the past five years the Turkey Day 8K has been a trademark, downtown event inSpartanburg. The format is simple - Bring a can good - Run the run - Finish fast enough and get a prize. It couldn't be more simple than that.
This years event has some special sponsors - First this is a Spartanburg Running Club event. Our Presenting Sponsor this year is The Palmetto Bank. Other sponsors include Partners for Active Living, Girls on the Run, globalbike and Spartanburg Creative Energy.
When: Thanksgiving Morning - 7:30am start - can good collection at 7am.

- Obey all traffic laws and signs - there may or may not be law enforcement stopping traffic - please stop for traffic!
